Consent to the processing of personal data

By submitting my information on the website www.taivashotel.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Website), including by filling in the relevant fields (columns, rows) posted on the Website, I:
• confirm that all personal data provided belongs to me personally;
• in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, I voluntarily, of my own free will, and in my own interests, express my unconditional consent to the processing of my personal data by Zaozerye Management Company LLC, a legal entity registered in accordance with Russian law (TIN: 1000018507, OGRN 1241000005157, legal address: 185005, Republic of Karelia, Petrozavodsk, Chapaeva Street, Building 5), hereinafter referred to as the Operator. • Carrying out the Operator's activities, including concluding and executing contracts for the provision of temporary accommodation services, namely: providing me with temporary accommodation services at the Hotel; sending me notifications regarding the services provided; preparing and sending responses to my inquiries; sending me information regarding the services ordered;
• Ensuring the fulfillment of the Operator's obligations in providing temporary accommodation services, compliance with laws and other regulations governing the relevant activities and activities to protect the personal data of personal data subjects. To collect website traffic statistics, identify visitor preferences, and improve website performance, I consent to the automated processing of my personal data (cookies, user activity information on the website, user equipment information, session date and time) using Yandex.Metrica metrics. The Operator processes personal data for each processing purpose in the following ways:
• Manual processing of personal data;
